Ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup jack daniels whiskey
- 4 cups stewed tomatoes
- 1 can 12 oz. coke a cola
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can 14.5 oz can chili beans
- - salt and pepper
- - shredded cheddar cheese
- - sour cream
How To Make whiskey & coke chili

Step 1Add some oil to a bottom of a Dutch oven. Place the onions and garlic in the pan and saute 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink.

Step 2Pour in the whiskey and let most evaporate about 5 minutes. Place the stewed tomatoes in a food processor and chop until the tomatoes are chopped small. Add to the pan.

Step 3Pour in the coke and add the chili powder. Bring to a boil reduce heat to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Add the corn and beans. Cook 5 more minutes.

Step 4Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream
