Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cans 4 oz. each - chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 pound monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream

How To Make verde chili rice

  • Step 1
    Combine ingredients in bowl. Place in greased two quart dish. COver and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
