I love to play around with food and try new things. One day in the kitchen I just started adding ingredients to make a veggie chili that I could eat, my family loved it too!

Ingredients For vegan green chili

  • IN POT COMBINE:

    half of celery stock chopped

    orange & yellow bell pepper chopped

  • BOIL ON MED. 10 MIN.
  • THEN ADD:
  • 3
    avocados chopped
  • 1
    whole lime juiced
  • 2 c
    prepared kidney beans
  • 1 c
    prepared black beans
  • 2 can
    refried beans
  • SIMMER 10 MIN.
  • THEN ADD:
  • 1
    bag of morning star mock meat
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried chives
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    chicken bouillon from health food store
  • 2 tsp
    himalayan salt
  • SIMMER ON LOW 10 MIN.

    Himalayan Salt is an alkaline salt and is very good for you, it increases the pH balance which decreases the acid level caused by cooking down.
