I love to play around with food and try new things. One day in the kitchen I just started adding ingredients to make a veggie chili that I could eat, my family loved it too!

Ingredients

  • IN POT COMBINE:

  • 4 c
    ionized water
  • 1
    whole cabbage chopped
  • 1/2
    half of celery stock chopped
  • 1/2
    orange & yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 5 clove
    garlic
  • 3
    tomatoes chopped
  • 10
    asparagus chopped
  • BOIL ON MED. 10 MIN.

  • THEN ADD:

  • 3
    avocados chopped
  • 1
    whole lime juiced
  • 2 c
    prepared kidney beans
  • 1 c
    prepared black beans
  • 2 can(s)
    refried beans
  • SIMMER 10 MIN.

  • THEN ADD:

  • 1
    bag of morning star mock meat
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried chives
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    chicken bouillon from health food store
  • 2 tsp
    himalayan salt
  • SIMMER ON LOW 10 MIN.

How to Make Vegan Green Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Follow the recipe and steps listed
  2. Himalayan Salt is an alkaline salt and is very good for you, it increases the pH balance which decreases the acid level caused by cooking down.
  3. Add water as needed to cover ingredients. You can make it as thick or as soupy as you like it.
