I love to play around with food and try new things. One day in the kitchen I just started adding ingredients to make a veggie chili that I could eat, my family loved it too!

- IN POT COMBINE:

- BOIL ON MED. 10 MIN.
- THEN ADD:

3avocados chopped

1whole lime juiced

2 cprepared kidney beans

1 cprepared black beans

2 canrefried beans
- SIMMER 10 MIN.
- THEN ADD:

1bag of morning star mock meat

2 Tbspchili seasoning

1 Tbspcumin

1 Tbspdried parsley

1 Tbspdried chives

1 tspgarlic salt
-
1 Tbspchicken bouillon from health food store

2 tsphimalayan salt
- SIMMER ON LOW 10 MIN.
How To Make vegan green chili

2Himalayan Salt is an alkaline salt and is very good for you, it increases the pH balance which decreases the acid level caused by cooking down.

3Add water as needed to cover ingredients. You can make it as thick or as soupy as you like it.
