I love to play around with food and try new things. One day in the kitchen I just started adding ingredients to make a veggie chili that I could eat, my family loved it too!

Ingredients

  • IN POT COMBINE:
  • 4 cups ionized water
  • 1 - whole cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 - half of celery stock chopped
  • 1/2 - orange & yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 - tomatoes chopped
  • 10 - asparagus chopped
  • BOIL ON MED. 10 MIN.
  • THEN ADD:
  • 3 - avocados chopped
  • 1 - whole lime juiced
  • 2 cups prepared kidney beans
  • 1 cup prepared black beans
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • SIMMER 10 MIN.
  • THEN ADD:
  • 1 - bag of morning star mock meat
  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon from health food store
  • 2 teaspoons himalayan salt
  • SIMMER ON LOW 10 MIN.

How To Make vegan green chili

  • Step 1
    Follow the recipe and steps listed
  • Step 2
    Himalayan Salt is an alkaline salt and is very good for you, it increases the pH balance which decreases the acid level caused by cooking down.
  • Step 3
    Add water as needed to cover ingredients. You can make it as thick or as soupy as you like it.
