Tomato-Potato ah, Boloney Stew.

Ingredients

1 1/4 lchicken stock

1/2 lbpotato's, flowery, raw finely sliced

1/2 lbpork sausage, mild -in fine strips

1 ctomato puree
-
1 can(s)crushed tomato's or 3 diced fresh ones

2 1/2 cleek, finely sliced

1 mediumonion, diced
-
1/2 - 1 Tbspsambal badjak
-
1 - 2 pinchchili powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 clovegarlic, crushed, (if you want)

1 tspcorn starch
How to Make Tomato-Potato ah, Boloney Stew.
- Add all main ingredients (except the corn starch) to the simmering chicken stock.
- Add spices to taste, but no more than stated, it will be hot enough for most people, remember that flavors first intensifies, then mellows.
- Leave to simmer slowly under lid for 45 min to 1 hour, mix in corn starch, stir and wait until thickened slightly, serve.
