    sweet onion
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato paste
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 2 can(s)
    chili beans
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato puree
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Thick Turkey Chili


  1. brown ground turkey in pan
  2. finely chop onion add to cooking turkey
  3. add brown turkey,chopped onions,v-8,tomato past,tomato sauce,tomato puree,chili beans,cumin,chili powder and sugar to large cooking pot or crock pot.mix well,I like mine rich and thick you can add more v-8 for thinner chili and add more cumin & chili powder for spicier..bring to boil then simmer for an hour or longer ..
  4. serve with sour cream,grated cheese and crackers on a cold day.
