Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 can v-8
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make thick turkey chili

Step 1brown ground turkey in pan

Step 2finely chop onion add to cooking turkey

Step 3add brown turkey,chopped onions,v-8,tomato past,tomato sauce,tomato puree,chili beans,cumin,chili powder and sugar to large cooking pot or crock pot.mix well,I like mine rich and thick you can add more v-8 for thinner chili and add more cumin & chili powder for spicier..bring to boil then simmer for an hour or longer ..

Step 4serve with sour cream,grated cheese and crackers on a cold day.
