- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 tablespoons thai spice
- 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt or sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili paste

Step 1mix ingredients together and cook on a medium heat grill, keep turning, so doesnt burn

Step 3The bacon I coat w/ brown sugar and little cayanne pepper and put in oven on a rack.350 degrees and when it its done,take out and let rest for a minute or two and coat w/Maesri sweet chili sauce. Serve on awesome toasted bun w/ lettuce
