The spice in the recipe also I use in 2 other recipes, it makes great meat balls,thai chicken egg rolls and the thai burger

ground pork
4 Tbsp
thai spice
2 Tbsp
fennel seeds
2 tsp
kosher salt or sea salt
1 tsp
garlic chili paste

How to Make Thai Burgers


  • 1mix ingredients together and cook on a medium heat grill, keep turning, so doesnt burn
  • 2I serve these, will grilled scallion and sweet chili bacon. take scallion,do not cut off top.olive oil, salt and pepper and grill. When they are grilled cut off top and chop
  • 3The bacon I coat w/ brown sugar and little cayanne pepper and put in oven on a rack.350 degrees and when it its done,take out and let rest for a minute or two and coat w/Maesri sweet chili sauce. Serve on awesome toasted bun w/ lettuce
