Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 packages mild taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2- 16 oz. cans red kidney beans, undrained
- 2 - 8 oz. cans whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 package hidden valley ranch dressing (dry)
- 8 oz. cans tomato juice
How To Make taco soup

Step 1Brown ground beef in a skillet until there is no pink. Drain.

Step 2Add the taco seasoning into ground beef. Add onions. Saute until onions are cooked.

Step 3Put ground beef mixture into a cooking pot. Add the rest of ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Step 4When serving this soup crumble taco chips on top or grated cheddar cheese.
