garlic
1/4 c
parsley flakes
salt and pepper, to taste

cans goya cannellini beans
2 large
cans (26.5 oz) bush's black beans
2 can(s)
(10 oz) ro-tel, mild diced tomatoes and green chillies
3 can(s)
(28 oz) diced tomatoes w/green peppers and onions
1 can(s)
(28 oz) tomato puree
3 can(s)
del monte fiesta corn
red pepper flakes, to taste

TOPPINGS:

flour tortillas, cut into strips
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream, fat-free

How to Make Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown hamburger and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
  • 2Top with tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream before serving.
