    lbs. ground hamburger, lean
  • 4 clove
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 large
    cans goya cannellini beans
  • 2 large
    cans (26.5 oz) bush's black beans
  • 2 can(s)
    (10 oz) ro-tel, mild diced tomatoes and green chillies
  • 3 can(s)
    (28 oz) diced tomatoes w/green peppers and onions
  • 1 can(s)
    (28 oz) tomato puree
  • 3 can(s)
    del monte fiesta corn
  • ·
    red pepper flakes, to taste

  • ·
    flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • ·
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • ·
    sour cream, fat-free

How to Make Taco Soup


  1. Brown hamburger and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Top with tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream before serving.
