Ingredients
- SOUP:
- 3 - lbs. ground hamburger, lean
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 large cans goya cannellini beans
- 2 large cans (26.5 oz) bush's black beans
- 2 cans (10 oz) ro-tel, mild diced tomatoes and green chillies
- 3 cans (28 oz) diced tomatoes w/green peppers and onions
- 1 can (28 oz) tomato puree
- 3 cans del monte fiesta corn
- - red pepper flakes, to taste
- TOPPINGS:
- - flour tortillas, cut into strips
- - shredded cheddar cheese
- - sour cream, fat-free
How To Make taco soup

Step 1Brown hamburger and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.

Step 2Top with tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream before serving.
