Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 can(s)
    (16 oz) mild chili beans, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) pinto beans, kidney beans or black beans
  • 1 can(s)
    (14 oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 oz
    (4 oz) chopped green chiles
  • 1 pkg
    ranch salad dressing mix

How to Make Taco Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook ground beef over medium heat until done,
    drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serves with tortilla chips or corn chips, sour cream and shredded cheese.
