In the ingredients I specify using vidalia onions and elephant garlic as I find both of them to be a bit sweeter than their normal counterparts.
I also like to top it with a shredded mexican cheese blend.
Serving over rice will increase the number of servings but I think it makes it harder to taste the sweetness & tanginess of the chili.
