super sonic chili
all of my family loves this chili. If I have a lot left over, I put it in a freezer zip lock bag and froze it. Sometimes I would take it out in the morning and have for lunch on the week end.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds 80% lean ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 large can chili beans
- 1 large can kidney beans
- 2 packages chili o seasoning
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 cans hot rotel tomatoes and chilis
- 1 can southwest tomatoes and chilis
- 2 tablespoons cider vinagar
- 1 large can tamales

Step 1In a large dutch oven, brown beef and onions. drain. add garlic and cook 3 more mins.

Step 2Add all tomatoes, chili seasonings, and tomato juice. Bring to a simmer.

Step 3Add both beans and Cider Vinagar. stir. Bring back to a boil.

Step 4Cook in crock pot .

Step 5Cut each tamale into 3 pieces. last 15 mins of cooking, add tamales. Stir slowly so not to break up tamales. Serve..
