1chopped jalepeno pepper

1 largechopped onion

1/4 cchili powder

2 ctomato juice

·water, as needed

·cracker meal or bread crumbs to thicken
How to Make Randy's Vegetarian Chili
- Chop vegetables to desired chunkiness.
- Combine all ingredients (except for cracker meal) in crock pot.
- Cook all day on low heat. (If chili is still too watery, add cracker meal to thicken.)
