How to Make Paul's Best Chili Ever

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in deep pan & brown onion, celery & green pepper. Add hamburger, brown meat. Drain off grease. Add 1/2 tomatoes and simmer 1/2 hour. Mix in rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hr. more.
  • 2comment: Put kidney beans & chili beans in the last 45 min. of simmering, to keep from over doing them. One other thing if you like it hotter! Add tabasco sauce to taste.
  • 3Note: I use 3 stalks celery but you can use 4-6 also I do not use the red pepper in mine because my wife doesn't like it too hot.
