- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 pounds steak, cut into 1/2 inch squares

- 2 - celery ribs, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 - pickled banana pepper
- 1/4 cup banana pepper juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 - bay leaf
- 2 ounces chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup pepper sauce

Step 1Peppers should be mild banana peppers, seeded and chopped.

Step 2Brown both the ground beef and beef cubes.

Step 4Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
