My Chili

I was explaining to my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, Kaylee, what was in the chili we were having for dinner. "There's hamburger"..."burbers? she said..."beans"...(I left out the part about tomatoes!)...I would give her a bite, and she'd run across the room, spin in a circle and yell..."I WUV IT!" compliment ever! =)

1 1/2 lb
ground chuck
2 can(s)
bush's mild chili beans
1 can(s)
redgold petite diced tomatoes
1 pkg
mild chili seasoning (i use mccormick)
1 can(s)
redgold tomato juice


1brown ground chuck and drain. Combine all ingredients and simmer. I add about half of the tomato juice at first, then add more as it cooks down.
2You can also make elbow macaroni and pour this over the top of you prefer noodles in your chili.
3Add shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
