Ingredients

  • 2 cups white beans
  • 2 cups pinto beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can garbanzos, cooked
  • 1 can kidney beans, canned
  • 1 pound spicy sausage
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • - chili powder and cumin to taste
  • - fresh cilantro
  • 3 teaspoons chopped garlic

How To Make multi bean chili

  • Step 1
    crumble and brown sausage, with onions, carrots and celery. Drain
  • Step 2
    Wash dry beans cover with water , cook in same pan with sausage mixture. cook until slightly tender
  • Step 3
    Add canned beans with canned tomatoes, chili powder and cumin, and garlic. Simmer a 15 more minutes
  • Step 4
    Serve with chopped fresh cilantro on top! Enjoy!
