Ingredients

  • 1 package ready made bacon
  • 2 - 28 oz. cans baked beans
  • 1 - 19 oz. cans cannelli beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 - 15 oz. cans red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
  • 2 cups onions, vidalia, peeled, chopped
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

How To Make *** mom's slow cooked baked beans ***

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon, then chop.
  • Step 2
    Combine baked beans, cannelli beans, kidney beans, bacon in large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Place onion in the bottom of crock pot & top with bean mixture.
  • Step 4
    In bowl = ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, garlic powder & chili powder. Pour over beans. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
