Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 - green pepper diced
- 1 large jalapeno seeded and diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon each chili powder, cumin and smoked paprika
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 15 ounces can black beans drained
- - shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped chives for garnish
How To Make meatball chili

Step 1Roll the ground beef into small balls. Add olive oil to a large pot brown the meatballs and remove to a plate and set aside. Add the onions, jalapenos, green pepper and garlic and cook until softened.

Step 2Add the crushed tomatoes, spices, tomato paste and beef stock. Add the meatballs back to the pan. Cook about 10 minutes. Add the black beans and cook 5 more minutes.

Step 3Serve topped with cheese, sour cream and chives.
