meat lovers crockpot chili

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck browned and drained
• 1 1/2 pounds ground sweet italian sausage browned and drained
• 4 - boneless beef ribs braised
• 1 - large can of crushed tomatoes
• 2 cans italian stewed tomatoes
• 2 cans brooks hot chili beans
• 1 - large onion finely chopped fried in a little olive oil
• 3 - cloves of garlic finely chopped
• - 1/2 of a 2 1/2 ounce jar of chili powder
• - salt and pepper to taste
• 1 - small jalipano pepper seeded. deveined and finely chopped optional
