This is a simple basic Chili that my husbands mother makes. They love it!

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 can(s)
    8oz tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    mccormicks chili mix
  • 1 can(s)
    (small can) pinto beans
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Mama's Chili


  1. Brown beef, drain and transfer to a pot.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients (You do not have to use the entire can of beans). Heat until boiling.
  3. Turn down flame and put a lid on it. Stir every few minutes. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes after you turn fire down.
  4. Enjoy!
