This is a simple basic Chili that my husbands mother makes. They love it!

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
3 can(s)
8oz tomato sauce
1 pkg
mccormicks chili mix
1 can(s)
(small can) pinto beans
1 1/2 c
1 tsp

How to Make Mama's Chili


  • 1Brown beef, drain and transfer to a pot.
  • 2Add all of the other ingredients (You do not have to use the entire can of beans). Heat until boiling.
  • 3Turn down flame and put a lid on it. Stir every few minutes. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes after you turn fire down.
  • 4Enjoy!
