3 can(s)stagg chile (no beans)
3 pkgcream cheese (8 oz ea)
3 Tbspgarlic powder
1container fresh salsa
1 can(s)green chiles
1 pkgcheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz)
How to Make Mama Robin's Chile Cheese Dip
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT cream cheese in a crock pot.
- Set on low and cook about 3 hr. About 1 hour before serving, cube cream cheese and add to crock pot.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and get ready to be blown away with how good this is!!
- This makes quite a bit and you can always half the recipe for less people. It refrigerates well and can also be served over scrambled eggs for a real treat!
