jo ann's southern chili
(1 RATING)
Several years ago I entered a chili cooking contest where I work simply because it was all in fun. I thought I had no chance of winning, there were some good cooks entering the contest. As I prepared my ingredients I kept adding more things as I went, just for fun. When the judging began I left the building to visit with all the people that were there. To my surprise, they came out hunting me, I had won! I had to quickly remember all that I had put in the chili to give them the recipe. It's the only recipe that I make when we want chili, my family loves it!
