Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 3 stalks celery sliced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos or worcestershire sauce
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon each cumin, chili powder and red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and dicec
- 28 ounces can brown sugar baked beans
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make instant pot sweet potato chili

Step 1Select saute on Instant pot and add the olive oil. Saute the onions, celery and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until beef is done. Shut the pot off and add the remaining ingredients.

Step 2Secure the lid and select manual and toggle up to 12 minutes. Release with quick release and carefully remove lid. Stir and enjoy
