Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat (cut into smaller pieces)
- 2 pounds ground sirloin
- 2 cans bush's chili beans
- 1-2 clove garlic minced
- 2 cans 15 oz tomato sauce plus two cans water using tomato sauce cans
- 1 package williams original chili seasoning (or hot if you desire)
- 4 dashes cayenne pepper
- 2-4 teaspoons tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 small yellow onion into small pieces (or grate if you prefer)
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
- - saltines
- - sour cream
How To Make heather's "hot mama" chili

Step 1Brown and drain stew meat and hamburger meat separately and add to stock pot.

Step 2Add minced garlic to meats while hot to infuse the garlic flavor.

Step 3Next, add two cans of chili beans(not drained), tomato sauce plus 2 cans of water, onion, dry seasonings and stir into mixture. Cook on low heat for 2 hours or....transfer mixture to crock pot and slow cook for 6-8 hours. Make sure to keep checking liquid level and add water as necessary.

Step 4Serve with options of cheese, crackers, and sour cream.
