Hearty Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 largeonion, chopped (about 1 cup)

1 smallgreen pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1/4 tspgarlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, minced)

1 Tbspchili powder

1/2 tspground cumiin
-
2 1/2 cv8 vegetable juice

1 can(s)black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can(s)pinto beans, rinsed and drained
How to Make Hearty Vegetarian Chili
- In large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and cumin and cook until vegetables are tender.
Add vegetable juice. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Add beans and heat through.
