I have grown up making this dish and don't really use a recipe. This is the best I could come up with but you are invited to adjust seasonings to your taste.

Ingredients For green chili stew

1 lbmeat - gound beef, turkey or pork or stew meat
-
3-4 mdpotatoes, peeled and cubed
-
1/2 mdonion, quartered and sliced
-
1 clovegarlic, finely minced
-
1/2 ccilantro, chopped
-
1 cfresh/frozen green chili, roasted, peeled and chopped
-
1/2 cflour
-
5-6 cwater
-
1bouillon cube
-
1-1/2 tspcreole or cajun seasoning
-
1-1/2 tspgarlic salt
How To Make green chili stew

1Brown meat over med high heat until well caramelized.

2Add garlic and onion. Cook until onion is translucent.

3Add flour and seasonings and cook well.

4Add potatoes, green chili, cilantro, water and bouillon.

5Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender.
