I have grown up making this dish and don't really use a recipe. This is the best I could come up with but you are invited to adjust seasonings to your taste.

Ingredients
- 1 pound meat - gound beef, turkey or pork or stew meat
- 3-4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 medium onion, quartered and sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup fresh/frozen green chili, roasted, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup flour
- 5-6 cups water
- 1 - bouillon cube
- 1-1/2 teaspoon creole or cajun seasoning
- 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
How To Make green chili stew

Step 1Brown meat over med high heat until well caramelized.

Step 2Add garlic and onion. Cook until onion is translucent.

Step 3Add flour and seasonings and cook well.

Step 4Add potatoes, green chili, cilantro, water and bouillon.

Step 5Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender.
