Ingredients
-
1 lbmeat - gound beef, turkey or pork or stew meat
-
3-4 mediumpotatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 mediumonion, quartered and sliced
-
1 clovegarlic, finely minced

1/2 ccilantro, chopped
-
1 cfresh/frozen green chili, roasted, peeled and chopped
-
1/2 cflour
-
5-6 cwater
-
1bouillon cube
-
1-1/2 tspcreole or cajun seasoning
-
1-1/2 tspgarlic salt
How to Make Green Chili Stew
- Brown meat over med high heat until well caramelized.
- Add garlic and onion. Cook until onion is translucent.
- Add flour and seasonings and cook well.
- Add potatoes, green chili, cilantro, water and bouillon.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender.
