Ingredients
- 2 cups left over meat: cooked prime rib or pork
- 1 - med onion chopped
- 2 cans whole green chilis
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 - 3 cups water to cover
- - garnish: sour cream, green onions, cheddar cheese
How To Make green chili

Step 1Toss leftover meat into crock pot. Chop onion & green chili's add to crock pot. Seasonings, & water. Simmer on low for a few hours.

Step 2Make gravy per package instructions. Let cool, in separate bowl scramble egg, add egg to cool gravy. Ladle warm green chili mixture to gravy, this allows gravy/egg mixture to temper. Stir. Add mixture to Crock pot. Serve when ready.
