Super easy dip, everyone will love. You control the heat. I have used it for vegetables and chips, I have even used it on chicken and fish. I got this recipe from friends in NM where I worked, years ago and have just re-discovered it. It is as big a hit now as it was then.

- 1 package ranch dip seasoning
- 3 - frozen hatch green chilis
- 16 ounces sour cream
How To Make green chili ranch dip

Step 1Thaw green chilis, and clean if they are not already cleaned. You can use the seeds if you want more heat or remove. Finely chop.

Step 2Mix the seasoning mix with the sour cream and add the chopped green chilis.

Step 3This needs to set for about an hour, to allow the flavors to blend.
