This is another meatless dish but is very tasty and so good for cold, snowy days like we are having here in Kansas City! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 12
    corn tortillas
  • 8 Tbsp
    margarine, melted
  • 2
    4 oz. cans green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1
    onion, med. or lg., chopped (i prefer medium)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1
    12 oz. can evaporated milk

How to Make Green Chili Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Dip tortillas in melted margarine. Tear into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Mix together all remaining ingredietns. Fold in tortilla pieces. Turn into casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. Enjoy!
