- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cans manwich
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt and pepper (each)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can tomato paste (small can)
- 1 can bunker hill chili "no beans"
- 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 small onion
How To Make grannie's best ever chili!
-
Step 1Brown meats and add chopped onion. Cook until onion is translucent and meats are done.....drain well (NOTE: I use a colander and drain then I let it stand in colander for about 5 more minutes just to remove as much grease as possible [but DO NOT rinse!] ...then return to same pan and continue to follow remaining instructions.)
-
Step 2add all canned ingredients and Worcestershire sauce
-
Step 3add all dry measurements
-
Step 4cook slowly until good chili consistency on stovetop or put in crockpot and slow cook until ready to serve
-
Step 5serve with hot dogs, hamburgers, and if any left over for next day...add kidney beans, heat and serve with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese and jalapeno slices. Also slices of Texas toast or French bread.....
