  • 28 oz. can(s)
    baked beans w/bacon & brown sugar
  • 15.5 oz. can(s)
    garbanzos, drained
  • 15.5 oz. can(s)
    kidney beans, drained
  • 15.5 oz. can(s)
    wax beans, drained
  • 15.5 oz. can(s)
    green beans, drained
  • 1 medium
    sweet onion, diced
  • 1 lb
    bacon, diced
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder

How to Make Football Beans


  1. Fry diced bacon until crisp, remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Reserve 2 tbsp. of the bacon fat; saute onion in the bacon fat until translucent.
  2. Empty beans into crockpot. Stir in bacon, onion, ketchp, soy sauce, brown sugar and worchestershire sauce. Cook on high for 1 hour.
  3. Serve.
