Fleetwood's Famous Chili

This my very first chili. I am 38 years old and I took a little bit of each recipe from friends and relatives and this is what I came up with. I serve it with Sweet Texas cornbread (not homemade), with butter and pure honey.

pinto beans (undrained)
2 can(s)
black beans (undrained)
2 can(s)
kidney beans, canned (light or dark, undrained)
1 can(s)
pinto beans with chili (undrained)
2 can(s)
chili ready tomatoes (i used bush's)
1 can(s)
tomatoe paste
1 can(s)
rotel (tomatoes w/green chile's)
2 medium
green bell peppers
1 pkg
chili seasoning
1-2 Tbsp
chili powder (to taste)
2 lb
hamburger (browned & drained)
2 large
onions (diced)
1 pkg
mexican blend shredded cheese (optional)
1 large
sourcream (optional)


1Add all ingredients except hamburger and onions into a crockpot, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO DRAIN ANYTHING)
2Cook on high for 3 hours, add onion
3Brown hamburger, drain. Add to mixture. Cook 1 hr
4This can be served with cornbread, salttine crackers, anything you like. Serve topped with cheese, sourcream. Enjoy!
