fleetwood's famous chili
This my very first chili. I am 38 years old and I took a little bit of each recipe from friends and relatives and this is what I came up with. I serve it with Sweet Texas cornbread (not homemade), with butter and pure honey.

Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans (undrained)
- 2 cans black beans (undrained)
- 2 cans kidney beans, canned (light or dark, undrained)
- 1 can pinto beans with chili (undrained)
- 2 cans chili ready tomatoes (i used bush's)
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 1 can rotel (tomatoes w/green chile's)
- 2 medium green bell peppers
- 1 package chili seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoon chili powder (to taste)
- 2 pounds hamburger (browned & drained)
- 2 large onions (diced)
- 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 large sourcream (optional)
How To Make fleetwood's famous chili

Step 1Add all ingredients except hamburger and onions into a crockpot, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO DRAIN ANYTHING)

Step 2Cook on high for 3 hours, add onion

Step 3Brown hamburger, drain. Add to mixture. Cook 1 hr

Step 4This can be served with cornbread, salttine crackers, anything you like. Serve topped with cheese, sourcream. Enjoy!
