1Brown burger and dice onion. Stir in onion and cook with burger until onions are semi transparent and tender.
2While burger and onion is cooking open cans and pour into a medium pot. Add spices. Add burger and onions when they are done.
3Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil. Lower temp. to soft low cook and let simmer 30 min.
Bam! Chili is done!
For those watching weight, I sometimes add a lean meat or put hamburger in collinder and run under water to get out the fat. Also look for no sugar in your tomatoes.
