This chili has a nice kick to it and is so good and satisfying..I make this several times through out the year. Its a must for our Super Bowl Parties!! We always add frito's and shredded chz to top it off. Enjoy!
(14 1/2 oz) diced, fire roasted tomatoes, undrained
1 can
(10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can
(8 oz) tomato sauce
8 oz
velveeta cheese, cubed
1 to 1/2 tsp
chili powder, depending on taste
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper, depending on taste
TOPPINGS
corn chips
cheese, shredded

In a soup kettle or Dutch oven cook meat; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
