Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 - 15 oz cans great northern beans drained
- 2 - 4 oz. cans green chilies drained
- 1 teaspoon each salt, cumin, and mexican oregano
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- - sweet paprika for garnish
How To Make easy creamy white chicken chili

Step 1Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven. Add the onion, chicken, and garlic. Cook until chicken is browned. Add the chicken broth and spices. Bring to a boil. Add the beans, and green chilies.

Step 2Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and sour cream and mix until well incorporated.

Step 3Garnish with sweet paprika to serve
