    olive oil

    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 1 medium
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2
    15 oz cans great northern beans drained
  • 2
    4 oz. cans green chilies drained
  • 1 tsp
    each salt, cumin, and mexican oregano
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • ·
    sweet paprika for garnish

How to Make Easy Creamy White Chicken Chili


  1. Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven. Add the onion, chicken, and garlic. Cook until chicken is browned. Add the chicken broth and spices. Bring to a boil. Add the beans, and green chilies.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and sour cream and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Garnish with sweet paprika to serve
