Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 - 15 oz cans great northern beans drained
  • 2 - 4 oz. cans green chilies drained
  • 1 teaspoon each salt, cumin, and mexican oregano
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • - sweet paprika for garnish

How To Make easy creamy white chicken chili

  • Step 1
    Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven. Add the onion, chicken, and garlic. Cook until chicken is browned. Add the chicken broth and spices. Bring to a boil. Add the beans, and green chilies.
  • Step 2
    Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and sour cream and mix until well incorporated.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with sweet paprika to serve
