2 lb
ground beef
2 can(s)
tomatoes with green chiles
1 large
onion, finely chopped
2 can(s)
pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3 c
beef broth
2 Tbsp
4 Tbsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
corn starch dissolved in 1 t water

How to Make Easy Chili


  • 1In a large pot, brown the beef with the onion until cooked.
  • 2Add the remaining ingredients except the corn starh
  • 3Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 4Thicken with the cornstarch mixture if needed.
  • 5You can garnish with shredded cheese if desired.
