Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cans pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon corn starch dissolved in 1 t water
How To Make easy chili

Step 1In a large pot, brown the beef with the onion until cooked.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients except the corn starh

Step 3Simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 4Thicken with the cornstarch mixture if needed.

Step 5You can garnish with shredded cheese if desired.
