1Brown ground beef with onion, add tomatoes and beans. If too much liquid, drain beans before adding if using kidney beans. add spaghetti and chili powder. Cook over medium heat for approx 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2Spoon into bowls with chunks of cheese, if you like.
3Macaroni can be used instead of spaghetti. If it seems too dry, add bean juice or a bit of water, or even tomato juice if you have it handy. Break the spaghetti into bits.
