Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 cup water
- 1 can cannelini beans, not drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, with roasted garlic, drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package mccormick seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons goya, adobo all purpose seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mccormick pinch perfect seasoning
- 1 - 3 - jalapeno peppers, chopped
- TOPPINGS
- - sour cream
- - shredded cheddar cheese
- - chopped avacado
- - shredded monterrey jack cheese
How To Make easy breezy chicken cheesy chili

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken;sprinkle one side with Adobe seasoning cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Flip the chicken sprinkle with McCormick Perfect Pinch seasoning. Cook another 3 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.

Step 2In a large sauce pan combine the seasoning, drained tomatoes with chilis, the un-drained beans and water. Bring to boil, lower heat to medium and add chicken. I add 1 to 3 chopped jalapenos, depending on the amount of heat you would like.

Step 3Cover and simmer about 30 min. Top with sour cream, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, green onions, more jalapenos (if desired),and some chopped avocado.
