I always thought chili should have meat in it, but this vegetarian style chili is one of the best I've ever had!

How to Make Crockpot Chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put all of the cans of beans in the crockpot (UNDRAINED), along with the other ingredients.
  • 2If you make this in the morning before heading out to work, it will be ready to eat when you get home!
  • 3Make some cornbread (Jiffy or homemade). Top with cheese and sour cream (optional).
