How to Make Cream of Chicken and Green Chili Soup
2Using a thick, heavy stockpot, saute onion, and green chili in margarine, add flour.
3Heat milk, then add the sour cream, diluted chicken base, chicken, and spices.
4Add heavy cream and chicken.
5Add to step #1. Heat. NOTE: May need to thicken with cornstarch.
