Ingredients
- 6 x large eggs, hard boiled, peeled, rinsed & cut in 1/2
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 ounces lump crab meat, picked through for shells
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- - paprika or cajun seasoning, for garnish
How To Make crabby deviled eggs

Step 1Remove the yolk from each egg 1/2. Place yolks, mustard, chili sauce, mayo in food processor or blender. Process until smoth & thick.

Step 2Empty mixture into mixing bowl, add sour cream, stirring until incorporated. Fold in crab meat & onion, mixing well.

Step 3Using a tsp or piping bag with large tip, fill each egg white with crab mixture. Chill well & serve cold. Garnish with paprika or cajun seasoning.
