Ingredients For crabby deviled eggs

6 x lgeggs, hard boiled, peeled, rinsed & cut in 1/2

1 Tbspyellow mustard
-
1 tspchili sauce
-
1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1/4 csour cream
-
6 ozlump crab meat, picked through for shells

1/4 cred onion, minced
-
paprika or cajun seasoning, for garnish
How To Make crabby deviled eggs

1Remove the yolk from each egg 1/2. Place yolks, mustard, chili sauce, mayo in food processor or blender. Process until smoth & thick.

2Empty mixture into mixing bowl, add sour cream, stirring until incorporated. Fold in crab meat & onion, mixing well.

3Using a tsp or piping bag with large tip, fill each egg white with crab mixture. Chill well & serve cold. Garnish with paprika or cajun seasoning.
