1 Tbspeach chipotle chili powder, paprika, and red wine vinegar

1 Tbspcocoa powder

1 cankidney beans, drained (15 oz)

8 ozshredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make cincinnati chili

1In a Dutch oven, add the ground beef and 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil.

2Add the tomato sauce, broth, 1/2 cup white onion, garlic, bay leaf, chili powder, paprika, vinegar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, allspice, cinnamon, oregano, and cloves. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.

3Reduce to a simmer and simmer 1 hour. Add the cocoa powder and beans and simmer another hour.

4Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain.

5Plate the spaghetti. Then top with the meat sauce. Top with the remaining white onions, cheese and sour cream.
