Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground round beef
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, with juice
  • 1 pt
    tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp
    unbleached white flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground round beef (this can be done on the stove, in a crock pot, or in microwave) and drain. Add kidney beans with juice and tomatoes, without juice.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients; add to beef mixture. This can be made in a crock pot and simmer on 'low'. This freezes well.
