Ingredients
- 1 pound ground round beef
- 1 can kidney beans, with juice
- 1 pint tomatoes, drained
- 1/2-1 tablespoon unbleached white flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make chili

Step 1Brown ground round beef (this can be done on the stove, in a crock pot, or in microwave) and drain. Add kidney beans with juice and tomatoes, without juice.

Step 2Mix together dry ingredients; add to beef mixture. This can be made in a crock pot and simmer on 'low'. This freezes well.
