Chili Soup

This is a quick soup that tastes like you cooked it all day. My kids love it!

1 can(s)
black beans, canned
1 can(s)
light red pinto beans
1 can(s)
white corn
1 can(s)
yellow corn
1 small
2 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
dark red pinto beans
1 pkg
chili seasoning
1 pkg
ranch style dressing mix
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
2 can(s)
rotel or stewed tomatoes
1 pkg
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 pkg
sour cream (optional)
1 can(s)
beef broth (optional)
salt and pepper to taste


1heat oil in the bottom of a large stew pot, chop onion and add to oil,add ground beef once and brown ( usually use ground sirloin so there is no need to drain fat)
2Add all canned ingredients and packaged seasoning, stir well. Bring to boil then simmer on low for one hour. If you prefer a thinner soup add can of beef broth.
3Serve in bowl top with shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
