Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, canned
- 1 can light red pinto beans
- 1 can white corn
- 1 can yellow corn
- 1 small onion
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can dark red pinto beans
- 1 package chili seasoning
- 1 package ranch style dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cans rotel or stewed tomatoes
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 package sour cream (optional)
- 1 can beef broth (optional)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chili soup

Step 1heat oil in the bottom of a large stew pot, chop onion and add to oil,add ground beef once and brown ( usually use ground sirloin so there is no need to drain fat)

Step 2Add all canned ingredients and packaged seasoning, stir well. Bring to boil then simmer on low for one hour. If you prefer a thinner soup add can of beef broth.

Step 3Serve in bowl top with shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
