How to Make Chili Relleno Casserole
- Seed, wash and drain chilis. In a 9x13 pan layer half the chilis and half the 2 cheeses. save 1/2 cup cheese for the topping and repeat the layers.
- blend eggs, flour and milk and pour over the chilis and cheese. Bake 350* for 30 minutes , spread tomato sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese, Bake 15 more minutes
