Ingredients
- 3 cans 7 oz whole green chilis
- 1 pound jack cheese grated
- 1 pound medium cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 large can tomato sauce
How To Make chili relleno casserole

Step 1Seed, wash and drain chilis. In a 9x13 pan layer half the chilis and half the 2 cheeses. save 1/2 cup cheese for the topping and repeat the layers.

Step 2blend eggs, flour and milk and pour over the chilis and cheese. Bake 350* for 30 minutes , spread tomato sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese, Bake 15 more minutes
