This is such a simple and delicious recipe to make on a chilly FALL day!! My husband loves it!!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cans cream of tomato soup- any brand
  • 2 cans tomato sauce-( small cans)
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes, italian-style(or plain)
  • 2 cans water, as needed
  • 2 cans kidney beans, canned(large cans)
  • 1-2 small (chopped)yellow onions(fried lightly)
  • 1-2 package chili seasoning

How To Make chili con carne

  • Step 1
    Fry the gr.beef, and onions,together ,until well done(no red remaining), drain the fat, and open all cans, drain almost all liquid, and add to the gr.beef,and onions.Stir gently, until everything is well mixed. Now add your chili seasoning pack, and gently stir that in too. If you prefer a hotter chili, you could add another pack of the seasoning. Let simmer for about an hour, and your ready to eat!! You can add italian sausage(HOT or MILD) for a different taste, instead of the gr. beef.
