Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup light cream
- 6 ounces corn chips
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, cubed small
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make chili-cheese jubilee

Step 1Saute onion in butter.

Step 2Add tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix and water; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, beat eggs slightly; add cream, mixing well.

Step 4Remove tomato-chili mixture from heat; add egg-cream mixture slowly, stirring constantly.

Step 5Place half the package of corn chips in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole; add half the Monterey Jack cheese and cover with half the sauce.

Step 6Repeat layers once.

Step 7Top with sour cream; sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.

Step 8Bake, uncovered, in preheated 325 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
