This is a easy dip recipe. Whenever I make chili I always make extra so that I can make this dip. Will be adding a pic shortly.
8 oz cream cheese,softened
colby-monterey jack cheese shredded
green onion, thinly sliced (optional)
bag tortilla chips
hot sauce (optional)
How To Make
Place softened cream cheese in bottom of oven save dish.
Spread chili over top of cream cheese.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and chili is bubbly.
Sprinkle green onion (optional) over top. Serve with tortilla chips. Serve with hot sauce if desired. Enjoy
