  • 1 medium
    mango diced
  • 1 large
    tomato diced
  • 1 large
    avocado diced
  • 3 clove
    garlic diced
  • 1/2 c
    onions, small white diced
  • 1/4 c
    roasted red peppers
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili poewder
  • 1/2 medium
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 pinch
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz chile with or without beans
  • 2 pkg
    fillo dough shells 15 count
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Chili & Cheese cups with a salty sweet salsa


  1. pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. open packages of filo dough shells and spread out on sheet pans.
  3. dice Mango, tomato, avocado, garlic, onion, and roaster red peppers.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combile all ingriedients except fo shells and cheese and chili.
  5. pre heat chili in microwave for 1 minute.
  6. place a 1/2 teaspoon chili in each cup. Put a pinch of cheese on top.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. remove from oven and place a teaspoon salsa on top of each cup, serve warm.
