Ingredients

  • 1 medium mango diced
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, small white diced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili poewder
  • 1/2 medium lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 pinch parsley
  • 1 can 15 oz chile with or without beans
  • 2 packages fillo dough shells 15 count
  • 1/2 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make chili & cheese cups with a salty sweet salsa

  • Step 1
    pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    open packages of filo dough shells and spread out on sheet pans.
  • Step 3
    dice Mango, tomato, avocado, garlic, onion, and roaster red peppers.
  • Step 4
    In a large mixing bowl, combile all ingriedients except fo shells and cheese and chili.
  • Step 5
    pre heat chili in microwave for 1 minute.
  • Step 6
    place a 1/2 teaspoon chili in each cup. Put a pinch of cheese on top.
  • Step 7
    Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Step 8
    remove from oven and place a teaspoon salsa on top of each cup, serve warm.
