This is a mild chili, but you can spice it up per your taste. To make smaller pot I use only 1 lb ground beef, 1 can less of diced tomatoes and beans. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 2 cans diced tomatoes w/ onions/green peppers
- 1 can tomato paste, small
- 2 cans chili beans (i use mild, but whatever floats your boat)
- 1/2 bottle beer
- 1/2 - sweet onion, chopped
- 2-3 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
- 1 clove garlic
How To Make chili a la green's

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain well. Place in cook pot and add onions, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, and beer. Cook for one hour.

Step 2Add chili beans and simmer for another hour.

Step 3Serve with grated cheese, taco chips, onions, sour cream, etc. Your choice.
